Connecting BleuVista to Your World

BleuVista is designed to work alongside your existing systems, not replace them. Whether you need to pull location data into a warehouse management system, trigger workflows in your incident management platform, or embed navigation into your own mobile app, we provide the interfaces to make it happen.

REST API

The BleuVista server exposes a comprehensive HTTP API covering all platform capabilities:

• Device management -- Query and configure beacons, gateways, and sensors
• Tracking data -- Retrieve current positions, zone assignments, and historical intervals
• Events -- Access alert history and export logs
• Navigation -- Request pathfinding results and floor map data
• Sensor readings -- Pull environmental data for external dashboards or compliance systems

The API uses standard JSON over HTTPS with token-based authentication. Detailed API documentation is provided as part of every deployment.

Real-Time Streams

For applications that need live data, BleuVista offers WebSocket connections that push updates as they happen:

• Position updates -- Real-time location changes for tracked devices
• Alert events -- Instant notification when panic buttons are pressed
• Sensor readings -- Live environmental data streams

WebSocket streams are ideal for building custom dashboards, digital signage, or real-time operational displays.

Mobile SDKs

The BleuVista mobile app is available as a standalone product, but for organizations that want to embed indoor navigation into their own app, we provide mobile integration options:

• iOS and Android support
• QR-based onboarding for quick visitor access
• Offline navigation with cached map and route data
• Navigation tokens for secure, scoped access without user accounts

Monitoring Bridge

For enterprise environments with existing infrastructure monitoring, BleuVista includes a monitoring bridge that exports device health and metrics to standard monitoring platforms:

• Beacon metrics -- Battery level, temperature, humidity, signal strength, alert state
• Gateway metrics -- Uptime, firmware version, last seen, network health
• Auto-discovery -- Devices are automatically registered with your monitoring system

This enables your operations team to manage BleuVista devices through the same tools they use for everything else.

Deployment Models

BleuVista supports flexible deployment to match your organization's requirements:

On-Premises

The entire platform -- server, dashboard, and database -- runs on your own infrastructure. Data never leaves your network. Ideal for healthcare, government, and security-sensitive environments.

Hosted

We host and manage the server infrastructure. You install gateways on-site and access the dashboard over the internet. Ideal for organizations that prefer managed services.

Hybrid

Server runs on-premises for data sovereignty, with optional cloud connectivity for remote monitoring and mobile app distribution.
